Problems Arising In reply Companies

1. Down time & High Line Stop (how product / service that can not
produced, how many U.S. $ / USD wasted?).

2. Motivation & low employee competency. Performance measurement system
and work arrangements are not clear & focused. (output low performance)

3. High operating costs due to quality management system &
Production is still low. Many rijek / NG, scrap, rework, returns, claim,
late delivery so that the profit decline & customer decreases.

4. Management has not have vision and annual business plan & five
annual clear. If anything, just about sales & capacity
have not discussed about many other aspects that support
increase profit. Business plan has not translated into KPI
so that all operations activities not support the achievement of
The company targets.
