Avoid Rejection Sentence
Avoid Rejection sentence ... the title above has nothing to do in Asmara rejection in the world: D but today I will try to write a rejection in the World of Work

Based on a survey conducted Robyn Ryan, author of 60 Second and You're Hired, employees and professionals in various companies did have a lot of reasons to reject a job outside responsibilities. However, Ryan noted five sentences that are often made to perform denial.

Ryan says you should be careful in conveying rejection. Since you say the refusal could be a boomerang and trigger delays your career. Try to peek under this sentence, who knows one of them is the sentence that you never reveal:

"That's not my job"

This phrase is often thrown to avoid new responsibilities. Be careful to say this sentence. Because the boss or bosses generally prefer employees who are flexible, adaptable and willing to learn about new things related to the task.
So, better prepare yourself to help the boss, whenever needed. Indeed, you get a little sacrifice, but the wages you will receive much greater later.

"Sorry I'm busy!"

Do not ask understandable because you are busy. Because the staff, you should always be ready to serve the employer requests. Actually if you are excessive workloads, bosses also felt the same. So do not ask for pity. Learn to make priorities.

"I do not know how"

This phrase implies that you do not want to do new tasks given to you. You better learn these tasks first and then ask people better understand. If necessary ask the employer directly regarding the difficulties you face.

"I'm not concentrating"

Speech on the sound silly, because the work you have to concentrate whatever your problem. Even if you're in trouble, say you are ready to receive the delegation. next think the best solution.

"I'm no weight problem"

This sentence reflects the stronger you are mentally and could not handle their own problems. If you have a problem, let alone personal problems, do not make excuses to reject the task. Clearly differentiate between personal problems with office tasks.

What about your own? What do you say so accept delegation of tasks? From now think the wise sentences each time received a new assignment from above. Saying, "Neither will I do" much better than many words that imply the rejection. Although you then have to deal with and think harder, saying you should avoid rejection. If you are always ready with the tasks given boss, your chance to have a career loomed larger.
